Chris Belcher now serves as the Assistant Professor of Professional Practice-Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri after retiring in June 2014 as Superintendent of the Columbia Public School District, Columbia, MO. Dr. Belcher has over 33 years of experience working in education and joined our board in 2012.
